What to do to pass a product through customs

If the product has been cleared by customs, you will be notified by the International Cargo Transmission Center. UKIM will ask you for the invoice of the product, a document showing the payment and your ID. In addition, you will also need to share your contact information and cargo tracking number. After doing these, you can wait for the product you have purchased to be taxed and sent to you.

However, only the person on whose behalf the seller sent the cargo can receive the product. If products coming from abroad are stuck in customs, they are kept here for at least 10 and at most 20 days. Therefore, if you do not apply for your product, it will be sent back to the seller.
